The Ranch Construction Materials is seeking a skilled and motivated store manager with experience in both management and the construction industry. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and vendor relations. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently, maintaining accurate records, monitoring budgets, and meeting performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and products, as well as proven leadership and organizational skills. You should be capable of managing a team, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and creating a positive customer experience.
