Front Desk Representative

Overview:

The Ranch Construction Materials (TRCM) is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative for our Arlington store. This position plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing all front desk activities, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and facilitating sales support.


Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies, either in person, via phone, or email.

• Manage and direct customer traffic to the appropriate departments or team members.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist with invoicing, order processing, and managing front office supplies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.


Qualifications:


• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of construction materials is a plus, but not required.

• Proficiency with office software and ability to learn company-specific programs quickly.
