Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and promoting our range of construction materials.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales strategies.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

• Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Account Management:

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.


Qualifications and Skills


• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction materials and industry trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


Education and Experience
